1. Return & Refund Policy
At DIAUNNI, your happiness is important to us. We’re here to make sure you have a great experience with every order.
2. Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No worries — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it.
Just email us at help@diaunni.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
We’ll cancel it and start your refund within 3–5 business days.
3. Returns & Exchange Policy
We’re happy to help if something goes wrong. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it for you.
However, please note that we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, just drop us a quick email at help@diaunni.com with:
• Your Order ID
• Clear photos or a video showing the issue
Our friendly support team will arrange a pickup and send you a replacement as soon as we receive the product back.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, we’ll get your refund started.
Here’s how it works:
• If you paid online (card, UPI, or net banking), we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we’ll refund via bank transfer or UPI — just share your details with us when we ask.
• Shipping and COD fees aren’t refundable, unless it was our mistake (like a damaged or wrong item).
• If the returned item doesn’t pass our quality check or is missing its original packaging, tags, or free gifts, we won’t be able to process the refund.
